Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, Indigo Perfumery is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. All fragrances are sourced directly from the perfume houses or their official distributors to guarantee authenticity.
Do you offer a sampling program?
We highly recommend trying a scent before committing to a full bottle. We offer individual samples and curated discovery sets for almost every fragrance in our collection.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of beauty products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances or samples. Unopened full-size bottles in their original shrink-wrap may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Due to international postal regulations regarding alcohol-based liquids, shipping options to other countries may be restricted.

To preserve the integrity of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom for the best longevity.
