At Indigo Perfumery, we want you to be delighted with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that sample vials and discovery sets are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance bottle is unopened, with the cellophane seal intact, and was purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our concierge team at returns@indigoperfumery.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our boutique, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
